MOSCOW, August 18. Dubbing actor Boris Bystrov has passed away at the age of 79, his wife, Honored Artist of Russia Irina Savina, reported.
Earlier, a message about his death appeared on the Telegram channel «Kinopoisk | Industry».

The Yermolova Theater, where Bystrov served since 1968, reported that the farewell with the artist will take place in the theater building, the date and time will be announced additionally.
Boris Evgenievich Bystrov is a Soviet and Russian film and dubbing actor who received the title of People's Artist of the Russian Federation in 2001.
Bystrov voiced the character Homer Simpson from the series «The Simpsons», various characters from «Futurama», Alfred Pennyworth from the Dark Knight trilogy of films and many others.
