
VLADIVOSTOK, Aug. 17 Power supply has been fully restored in Vladivostok after a failure, the Vladivostok Electric Networks Enterprise (VPES) reported.

"There are no more outages in the city, the power supply «restored,» the agency's source said.
The company clarifies that at 22:51 (15:51 Moscow time), power engineers restored power supply to 15 streets, including Aleutskaya, Batareynaya, Posyetskaya, Tigrovaya, and Admirala Fokina.
The day before, a massive power outage occurred in Primorye. The authorities reported that there was a short circuit in the 500-kilowatt network at the Luchegorskaya State District Power Plant.
On Saturday, the Far Eastern Distribution Grid Company announced that power supply in the region had been restored. The head of the region, Oleg Kozhemyako, in turn, noted that there were still isolated outages and called on residents to report the absence of power.
