The publication notes that several dozen people gathered to publicly protest the leadership in connection with what is happening. They claim that there are many times more suspended from work.
The press service of the Fontanka Baltic Shipyard did not name the exact number of employees who were suspended from work due to the lack of a QR code, saying that «at the moment, collective immunity has not been achieved.» The publication suggested that given the requirement to vaccinate 80% of workers, this could mean that more than a thousand people were suspended from work.

According to workers without QR codes, management «strongly recommended that they take a vacation.» Slinger Yevgeny Molodtsov claims that “financial methods of persuasion” were also used.
The press service of the Baltiysky Zavod stated that they did not confirm the statements about sending the unvaccinated on vacation. The representative of the company clarified to Fontanka that the order to block passes affected those who do not have a QR code, vaccination certificate or medical exemption. According to her, this is necessary «for the safety and health of vaccinated employees and those who have a confirmed medical exemption from vaccination.» “We are doing everything possible for employees to receive QR codes and certificates and minimize the number of employees who will not be able to enter the plant,” she said.
