MOSCOW, 14 Feb. The International Biathlon Union (IBU) on its website announced a change in the start time of the men's 4×7.5 km relay at the Beijing Olympics. The relay was originally supposed to start at 12:00 Moscow time on Tuesday. According to forecasts, the air temperature that day will drop below minus 15 degrees, so it was decided to postpone the start of the race to 9:30 Moscow time. Earlier it became known that the Russian team in the relay will be represented by Karim Khalili, Alexander Loginov, Maxim Tsvetkov and Eduard Latypov.
