Special services are analyzing the situation on the line of contact in the Donbass, in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and near the borders of Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will travel to Munich on February 19 to attend a security conference. There he will meet with the leaders of Britain and Germany and will return back today, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
«Today, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will visit Munich (Germany) to participate in the annual security conference and conduct negotiations that are scheduled at this site», — The message says.
As noted in the OP, Zelensky plans to meet with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, US Vice President Kamala Harris, and representatives of international financial institutions.
«Zelensky expects specific agreements on providing our country with additional military and financial support to strengthen the stability of Ukraine», — it is noted in the message.
At the same time, the Office of the President added that the situation on the line of contact in the Donbass, in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and near the borders of Ukraine is being analyzed by special services.
« In the working order, there is a constant analysis of intelligence data and the exchange of information with partners. Ukraine regularly receives additional up-to-date intelligence data regarding the activity of Russian forces. The situation in the east of the country is completely controlled by the Ukrainian security and defense forces», — the message says.
Recall that the day before, US President Joe Biden called «not the wisest» Zelensky's decision to take part in the Munich Security Conference despite the threat of a Russian invasion, while noting that the Ukrainian president «has the right to make his own decisions».
