Ankara city view. Archival photoANKARA, Apr 29Turkey will donate 410 medical products to Ukraine free of charge as a sign of goodwill and friendship between the two countries, Anadolu agency reports. According to the agency, the relevant document signed by President Tayyip Erdogan was published in the official gazette of the government of the republic — Resmi Gazete. The intergovernmental agreement on the transfer of medical products and medicines to Ukraine free of charge was signed by Ankara and Kyiv on March 28, 2022. The Ukrainian side does not have the right to transfer these products to a third country without the permission of Turkey.Turkey does not want to be a guarantor of Ukraine like the fifth article of the NATO charter
