RYAZAN, Jun 7The Vladimir Regional Court rejected the appeal against the decision of the district court, which dismissed the claim of Alexei Navalny against correctional colony No. 2 in Pokrov on registration for inclination to extremism, the press service of the court told RIA Novosti. The Petushinsky District Court of the Vladimir Region on February 1 refused to satisfying the claims of Navalny against IK-2, in which he asked to declare illegal the decision to put him on a preventive register «as a person prone to study, propaganda, professing or spreading extremist ideology and prone to commit crimes of a terrorist nature and extremist orientation.» 
April 21, 15:19 The court dismissed Navalny's appeal on a lawsuit against IK-2 about money for working for the media «The decision of the Petushinsky court was upheld,» the regional court reported. The press service clarified that Navalny took part in the meeting via video conference calls from Pokrovskaya IK-2. Previously, Navalny had already filed a number of lawsuits on various grounds with the colonies where he is serving time and where he was undergoing treatment. All of them were either withdrawn by the plaintiff or rejected by the court.
24 May, 13:41 , as in February last year, a suspended sentence in the case of embezzlement of funds from Yves Rocher was replaced with real imprisonment due to violations of the probation regime. The case was initiated by the Investigative Committee at the request of the head of the Yves Rocher representative office in Russia at that time, Bruno Leproux, a French citizen. In March of this year, the Lefortovo Court of Moscow sentenced Navalny, together with the previous case, to nine years in a strict regime colony for fraud and contempt of court. In May, the Moscow City Court recognized the decision as legal. Now Navalny will be transferred to a strict regime colony from the general one.
