In Barnaul, a teenager was fined 20,000 rubles for bringing signs with information about the dead Ukrainians to the square on February 24

The commission on juvenile affairs of the Leninsky district of Barnaul fined 17-year-old Artem Sakharov 20,000 rubles for organizing a spontaneous memorial on Soviet Square in memory of the fallen civilians of Ukraine on the anniversary of the war. Sakharov announced this on his Telegram channel.

On March 16, a teenager was found guilty of organizing an uncoordinated public event (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On February 24, together with Sakharov, on the square, where he brought three tablets with information about the dead civilians of Ukraine and flowers in their memory, they detained three more girls, who were eventually released without protocols.

“When, because of laying flowers and expressing sympathy (!) You are judged under an administrative article, entered into the FSB database, registered, summoned by relatives to the prosecutor’s office, and threatened with a criminal offense if this happens one day — this suggests that the grate is not as far away as you might have imagined before,” Sakharov wrote on his Telegram channel.

The commission on juvenile affairs also wanted to bring a teenager under an administrative article about «discrediting» the Russian army (part 1 of article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but did not do so.
