MOSCOW, April 28 We must act clearly and quickly in the face of sanctions, the task is not to adapt, but to create a basis for the successful development of the country, said Russian President Vladimir Putin .
“Dear colleagues, today, in the context of economic aggression, the parliament, government, all regional and local authorities need to act clearly and quickly, work as one close-knit, well-coordinated team,” Putin said during a speech at a meeting with members Council of Legislators at the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
The President replied, as he said earlier, that we should not adapt and wait out external pressure, but create the basis for Russia's long-term, independent and successful development.
