The magistrate of the Simonovsky district of Moscow fined FSUE «Main Radio Frequency Center» 30 thousand rubles for leaking personal data of employees of the enterprise. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the court.
The main radio frequency center was found guilty of violating the law in the field of personal data (part 2 of article 13.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), since the company did not ensure the protection of personal data of employees and did not rule out illegal access by third parties to the database.
FSUE «Main Radio Frequency Center» is part of the structure of Roskomnadzor. In November, the Belarusian group “Cyberpartisans” gained access to internal documents and letters from the radio frequency center.
