No Bargaining Here
There is no doubt that the Ukrainian offensive has begun. However, his stated goal, «the return of the territories,» can by no means be the ultimate goal. As well as some «negotiations» following its results, which are announced by the American curators of Ukraine.
Officially, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the “unsuccessful attempt of a large-scale offensive” by Ukrainian troops in the Yuzhnodonets direction. There were quite serious attacks in other places, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine probed in order to bring in reserves if a breakthrough was possible. At the same time, the terrorists continued to «nightmare» the Belgorod region. Only in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka 185 arrivals were recorded. 611 units of various ammunition were fired in the Shebekinsky urban district.
Another confirmation was issued by the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: “Russian propagandists will spread false information about the counteroffensive, its directions and the losses of the Ukrainian army. Even if there is no counteroffensive. For this, old videos and photos have been prepared that show the damaged equipment, the dead and prisoners. As well as other fake materials.” After that, it is foolish not to believe that the offensive is on.
U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan told CNN that the U.S. believes the offensive will succeed: “We are confident that this counter-offensive will allow Ukraine to take away strategically important territories from Russia.” But even if it doesn’t work out, it’s okay: “This is not an exam. We do not appreciate the counteroffensive. We intend to support Ukraine in making as much progress as possible on the battlefield so that it has the most advantageous position at the negotiating table.
Ukraine will not be able to completely “return the territories as of 1991”, which is obvious . If we assume, purely hypothetically, that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have occupied some kind of “strategically important territory”, then what will this change? What will the “negotiations” be about, and most importantly with whom?
Russia simply cannot give up its land, according to the Constitution it cannot. Bargaining is inappropriate here. Zelensky by his decree forbade negotiations with Putin. Even the mere presence of Vladimir Vladimirovich at the head of the state puts an end to negotiations. This is a dead end.
That, in fact, is the whole story, the main goal is to change the constitutional order of Russia, the destruction of the Russian state in its current form (and ultimately, fragmentation and subordination to the West). It is obvious that this is impossible from the “outside”, it is possible only from the inside. Therefore, the task of the Armed Forces of Ukraine “on the ground” is to show the citizens of Russia the alleged inability of the Russian authorities to protect them.
This is how terrorist attacks on the Belgorod region are presented in the information space by the West, this is how any Ukrainian “overwhelms” will be presented during the offensive.
This needs to be clearly understood. As well as the fact that the Ukrainian offensive is only a delay in the inevitable collapse of Ukraine. And this is our ultimate goal. Simply because there is no other way.
