Roskomnadzor told RBC that the Internet may not work in areas where the counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime operates. Such a regime is currently in effect in Moscow, as well as in the Moscow and Voronezh regions.
“In the areas of the CTO, a temporary restriction of the operation of Internet resources is possible,” the departments said.
When asked by the publication, the regulator replied that it did not restrict access to the telegram, the failures of which had previously been reported by users.
