MOSCOW, July 7 Political and diplomatic settlement in Ukraine is now unavailable due to the denial of this possibility by the Kiev regime, which is supervised by the United States, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
«At the moment, unfortunately, political and diplomatic means are inaccessible. First of all, probably, due to the denial of such a possibility by the Kiev regime, as well as the pronounced disinclination to such a process on the part of, first of all, Washington, which, of course, it has a direct influence and exercises direct leadership of the Kiev regime,» Peskov said.
