MOSCOW, July 7 Russian President Vladimir Putin On Friday, he will hold an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
«In the middle of the day, we expect the president to hold an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council. We will definitely designate the topics, or the president himself will do it — as he chooses. All other contacts of the president are non-public,» Peskov said.
