St. Petersburg, 27 Jul. Russia and African countries stand together for the formation of a just and multipolar world order, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a reception in honor of the guests of the Russia-Africa summit.
The second Russia-Africa summit is being held in St. Petersburg.
