MOSCOW, Jul 27 Uganda will be very happy if Russia decides to cooperate with it on the issue of satellite production, African President Yoweri Museveni said at the meeting.
«We can train more specialists here in Russia, so we will start building our own satellite … We will be very happy if Russia decides to cooperate with us on the issue of satellite production,» he said at talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the meeting was broadcast by the TV channel «Russia 24».
