There are four natives in Moscow from Central Asia was detained on suspicion of raping two women and robbery. Yulia Ivanova, assistant to the head of the capital's head office of the Investigative Committee, reported this.
The crime was committed on July 28. Two suspects are born in 1996 and 2002, two more are minors, born in 2006 and 2007. According to investigators, they broke into an apartment on Rossoshansky Proyezd in Moscow, attacked two men and abused two women.
“Today, at the request of the investigation, a measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen for the attackers. Currently, a complex of investigative and procedural actions is being carried out,” Ivanova said.
Criminal cases have been opened under articles on robbery with illegal entry into a home and rape by a group of persons with a threat of murder (part 3 of article 162 and paragraphs «a», «b» part 2 of article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
It is also known that the suspects and victims were in Moscow illegally.
