MOSCOW, Aug 24 Russian President Vladimir Putin holds a meeting with Acting Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
The meeting is taking place in the Kremlin.
At the beginning of the meeting, Pushilin reported to the head of state about the hot spots.
«We control everything. It is difficult, hard , tense, but controlled,» Pushilin said during a meeting with the head of state.
Pushilin also noted that the use of cluster munitions by Ukraine is dangerous primarily for civilians.
«Over the past three months, summer has worsened specifically for civilian The enemy has started using cluster munitions… Cluster munitions are quite extensive and cause uncontrollable losses…», Pushilin said during a meeting with the head of state.
He added that not all cluster munitions detonate immediately.< br>
«The number of attacks over the summer months increased by 23% compared to the previous three, and cluster munitions increased by 10%,» Pushilin specified.
