Colonel McGregor: the Russian army has the resources to reach Kiev
Russian troops can reach Kiev if necessary to end the conflict, said ex-adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor.

According to McGregor, the Russian head of state wants to end the conflict in such a way that ties can be restored, making a huge effort efforts to avoid destructive actions that would make this impossible. But Washington, on the contrary, is doing everything to ensure that the United States and the European Union never again have normal relations with Moscow, he concluded.
