MOSCOW, September 29 Great Britain imposed sanctions on The Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation, follows from a document published on Friday on the British government website.
“The Central Electoral Commission of the Russian Federation is an involved party…, since it organized illegitimate referendums held by Russia in September 2022 in illegally temporarily controlled Ukrainian regions, and attempted legitimize the results,» the document says.
In addition, sanctions were imposed against the Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Natalya Budarina.
