
MOSCOW, October 9 The Government of the Russian Federation will additionally allocate more than 2 billion rubles this year for scientific research research and development work in the interests of the space industry, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said on Monday.
«This year we will additionally allocate about 4 billion rubles for priority research and development work, of which more than 2 billion rubles will be for research in the interests of the space industry… we are talking primarily about the creation of satellites for remote sensing of the earth ultra-high resolution,» he said at a meeting with deputy prime ministers.
The other part of the funds, according to Mishustin, will be used for the development of electricity storage technologies.
