The protocols were drawn up under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code (failure to provide a “foreign agent” report). Dates for reviewing the protocols have not yet been set.
According to current legislation, people on the register of “foreign agents” must submit several reports a year. For example, rapper Oksimiron, founder of Sobaka.ru magazine Veronica Belotserkovskaya, and artist and femactivist Daria Apakhonchich have already been fined for failure to provide reports.
