It is noted that explosions were heard near the border with southern Israel.
According to CNN, artillery is operating in this area and tank shelling is underway. In addition, fighter jets are observed in the region.
Al Arabiya TV channel previously reported that communication and Internet services had stopped working in the Gaza Strip.
