Blogger Anastasia Ivleeva, who was fined for organizing a “naked” party, did not admit guilt

Blogger Anastasia Ivleeva, who was fined by the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow for organizing a “naked” party in Mutabor, did not admit guilt. This became known from the resolution, which was published in the database of the capital’s courts.

In court on December 29, Ivleeva’s lawyer Oleg Eliseev said that the blogger did not know that “the guests were in a form that offends human dignity,” and responsibility The company with which Mutabor entered into an agreement is responsible for organizing the party.

Ivleeva herself said that the guests were sent messages about the dress code with a link to photographs with images, but there were no “calls” in them. The event itself, which took place on December 20 in Mutabor, was dedicated to a closed presentation of photography for Playboy magazine, which was never published due to the publication’s departure from Russia.

Ivleeva added that her friend, rapper VACÍO (Nikolai Vasiliev), was at the party, but “they didn’t pay attention to his appearance.” The blogger explained that tickets for the event were sold without restrictions throughout Russia, and she herself performed there for an hour and then left the club.

The court found Ivleeva guilty under the protocol on the mass simultaneous presence of people in a public place (Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Administrative Code) and fined her 100 thousand rubles.

According to the court, at the party, where at least 200 people were present, “violations of public order were committed.” They consisted of the fact that the guests were “in a public place in a naked state that offends human dignity”, “promoted non-traditional sexual relations” and used obscenities.

The same court on January 10 suspended the work of Mutabor for 90 days. Rospotrebnadzor drew up a protocol against the legal entity of the club, the Art Center company, about violation of sanitary requirements due to poisoning of a visitor with beer (Article 6.6 of the Administrative Code). On Christmas, January 7, telegram channels published a video in which the owner of Mutabor, Mikhail Danilov, gives fragments of the relics of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker to the Moscow Church of the Sign of the Icon of the Mother of God.

After the party, which outraged pro-government activists, Ivleeva recorded several videos of an apology. The guests, presenter Ksenia Sobchak, artists Philip Kirkov and Dima Bilan and singer Lolita Milyavskaya, also explained their presence in the club. Despite this, some artists began to be cut from New Year's broadcasts and even films.

Rapper VACÍO, who came to a party with one sock on his penis, received 15 days of arrest under the article of petty hooliganism, and then another 10 days (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). Before his second arrest, he was given a summons to the military registration and enlistment office. Also, a protocol was drawn up against the rapper for “LGBT propaganda” (Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code). He also publicly apologized and said that he “does not support LGBT people in any way.”
