The court did not fine rapper Scally Milano because of a concert disrupted by the police and limited itself to a warning

The Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg issued a warning to rapper Daniil Dmitriev (Scally Milano) because of his performance last year, which was disrupted by the police. This was reported by representatives of the court.

At Scally Milano, because of his St. Petersburg concert on April 22, 2023, to which security forces came and interrupted him after the first song, a protocol was drawn up on drug propaganda (part 1 of article 6.13 of the Administrative Code ).

The reason for the administrative case was the performance of the song “Sex Money Drugs”, which contains the words: “I don’t want war, I haven’t fucked so many chicks there yet.”

Fontanka claimed that after the disrupted concert, a criminal case was opened on involving teenagers in committing antisocial acts (Part 1 of Article 151 of the Criminal Code). According to the Mash telegram channel, the musician immediately flew from Russia to Dubai. A few days later, Dmitriev recorded a video message to the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, who wrote denunciations against him. The rapper promised to remove songs about drugs and “change the vector of creativity.”

Then in April 2023, a video was published from another Scally Milano performance, in which he chanted “Fuck war” from the stage. Because of this, he was fined under the article on “discrediting” the army (20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). In the fall, he was also fined in another case of “drug propaganda” because of two songs.
