In the regional center, on election days, they organized a quiz called “The Whole Family.” Those who register will be entered into a drawing for a car and another 30 thousand gifts. The results will be known on March 30, the mayor's office reports. In addition, at Khabarovsk polling stations young voters are given a free movie ticket, and pensioners are given a transport card for 10 trips.
A total of 743 polling stations were opened in the region. 950,900 ballots were produced. The lists include 939,015 voters.

As previously reported by the representative of the regional election commission Oyars Mashkov, early voting lasted from February 25 to March 14 for residents of remote settlements, loggers, reindeer herders and weather station workers in 15 municipal districts of the region. As the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Mikhail Degtyarev clarified on Sunday, about 20 thousand people cast their votes ahead of schedule for the new president of the country. The population of the Khabarovsk Territory, according to Rosstat, in 2023 amounted to 1,284,090 people. Urban population — more than 84%.
In March 2018, during the presidential elections in the region, according to the regional election commission, 1,005,334 voters were included in the voter lists. Of these, 64.23% (648,550 people) voted.
Voting in the presidential elections of the Russian Federation takes place over three days: March 15, 16 and 17. Four candidates registered by the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation are vying for the post of head of state: Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin.
