MOSCOW, March 25 Swedish politicians behave “It’s like being in kindergarten compared to Russian President Vladimir Putin,” said ethnology professor Karl-Ulov Arnstberg on the SwebbTV podcast.

"Our politicians are increasingly acting like children, imbeciles, or simply liars. They don't understand why Russia sent troops to Ukraine. They see no risk in NATO membership and make important decisions about the future of the country as if they were sitting in a bubble and completely divorced from reality. Compared to Putin and his Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, they are as if they are in kindergarten,” he said.
Arnstberg also stressed that no military assistance from Sweden to Ukraine will help Kiev achieve victory in conflict.
Russia believes that arms supplies to Ukraine interfere with the settlement, directly involve NATO countries in the conflict and are “playing with fire.” Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any cargo that contains weapons for Ukraine will become a legitimate target for Russia. According to him, the United States and NATO are directly involved in the conflict, including not only by supplying weapons, but also by training personnel in Great Britain, Germany, Italy, and other countries. The Kremlin stated that pumping Ukraine up with weapons from the West does not contribute to negotiations and will have a negative effect.
