DONETSK, April 22 The suspect in the murder of a schoolboy in the Budennovsky district of Donetsk was often seen drunk; he was a regular at the local “nalivaki”, his neighbors said.
“We have an eatery and this man systematically came there… From the very morning and throughout the day, people from his company are there in an inadequate condition,” said one of the detainee’s neighbors, Ruslan Pryadko. 
According to him, residents were outraged by what happened. “The indignation was very serious,” Pryadko noted.
According to residents of the area, the suspect lived in the microdistrict for about a year and a half, led a marginal lifestyle: he did not work and constantly drank alcohol.
«We recognized this man; he lives in a neighboring house. The man is a constant drinker and was almost always in an inadequate state,» added Pryadko. 
Other local residents also knew the alleged killer as a heavy drinker who could often behave scandalously. Against this background, a number of stores refused to serve him.
«This is not our client, we refused him service. He constantly drinks vodka,» said one of the saleswomen at a local store.
Earlier, the emergency services of Donetsk reported that the body of a teenager with signs of violent death was found in the Budennovsky district of the city.
