ST. PETERSBURG, April 26 President In Russia, Vladimir Putin stated the need to ensure the stability of the socio-political system and realize its openness.
«It is necessary to ensure its (the socio-political system of the Russian Federation — ed.) stability and at the same time create conditions for openness and renewal, for fair competition between different political forces with an unconditional and clear understanding of the priority of national interests and state security and a common desire together to seek the most effective solutions to issues that are vital for people,” Putin said at a meeting with members of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation at the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
