MOSCOW, May 15. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that the Russian Federation wants a comprehensive, sustainable and fair resolution of the conflict in Ukraine through peaceful means.
The text of Russian President Vladimir Putin's interview with the Chinese news agency Xinhua on the eve of his state visit to China was published on the Kremlin website.
«We want a comprehensive, sustainable and fair settlement of this conflict through peaceful means. And we are open to dialogue on Ukraine, but these must be negotiations that take into account the interests of all countries involved in this conflict, including our interests. Together with a serious conversation about global stability, about security guarantees both for the opposing side and, of course, for Russia. And these must be reliable guarantees,” the message says.
