CAIRO, June 2Ancient Egyptians used crocodile, duck and snake oils to treat baldness, Magdi Shaker, chief archaeologist at Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, told Masrawy.
According to him, the ancient Egyptians, realizing the importance of hair beauty, sought to find a solution to this problem. 
Shaker noted that the pharaohs knew about baldness and hair loss and succeeded in creating some natural materials to nourish hair and prevent hair loss.
The archaeologist explained that in Ancient Egypt they used a mixture of crocodile, duck and snake fats to combat the problem of baldness.
