ST. PETERSBURG, June 7 Russian President Vladimir Putin, during the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, said that there should be a unifying idea for a multinational Russia, it could be patriotism.
«We need unifying ideas and, of course, such a unifying idea, and today's events show this, maybe… patriotism,» Putin said.
He added that those people who come and voluntarily go to the front, not sparing their lives and health, are the best confirmation of this.
