MOSCOW, July 9 Relations between Russia and India are of the nature of a privileged strategic partnership, the countries are linked by friendship, said Russian President Vladimir Putin during official talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
«Our countries have a very long-standing friendship, good relations that have developed over decades, and this year we celebrate 77 years of diplomatic relations. Today, our relations are of the nature of a special privileged strategic partnership,» Putin said.
