«Also today we are putting into operation a 100-kilometer road bypass of the city of Tolyatti. This route will make car traffic in the region more comfortable and safe, relieve traffic congestion on the road at the Zhigulevskaya HPP dam, and in general will help to fully open up export, logistics, industrial and tourism potential of the Volga region,” Putin said at the 155th kilometer of the M-11 Neva highway, where the opening ceremony of the northern bypass of Tver and the bypass of Togliatti is taking place.
