
MOSCOW, July 29 Russian President Vladimir Putin has included the position of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation in the composition of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee by positions; the corresponding decree was published on Monday.
«To make the following changes to the composition of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee by positions…: to supplement paragraph 3(1) with the following content: «3(1). First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation,» the decree says.
In addition, Putin indicated that the fourth paragraph, which spelled out the position of Deputy Prime Minister — Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North Caucasus Federal District, be declared invalid.
