MOSCOW, July 30 Democrats and Republicans are exploiting the topic of Russia and its President Vladimir Putin during the election campaign in the United States, said Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
«Russia and the head of the Russian state personally are essentially significant factors that are being exploited by both Republicans and Democrats during the political struggle, especially in the election campaign,» Peskov told reporters.
