MOSCOW, August 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Russian government to develop a financial model for the maintenance of laboratories created to attract leading scientists, a corresponding list of instructions based on the results meeting of the Council on Science and Education and meetings with mega-grant recipients and leading scientists was published on Thursday on the Kremlin website.
«To the Government of the Russian Federation: the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, taking into account previously given instructions, develop a financial model for the maintenance and effective the use of laboratories that were created as part of the implementation of measures to attract leading scientists and young researchers to Russian educational organizations of higher education, scientific organizations and in which the implementation of relevant projects has been successfully completed. The report is due by December 1, 2024,” the document says.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Russian Presidential Assistant Andrei Fursenko were appointed responsible.
