
MOSCOW, August 8 The painting by French impressionist Claude Monet «Wheat Field» of 1881 will be put up for auction in Russia for more than one billion rubles, according to the official website of the center for remote bidding «Ediny informant».
«Oscar Claude Monet/Claude Monet (Claude Monet – «Wheatfield» or «Champ de ble») – «Wheat Field». Estimate $12.5-16.5 million (Christie's)… Starting price 1 billion 39 million rubles,» the lot description says. 
The painting is made of oil on canvas and has the signature «Claude Monet» on the front side in the lower left corner.
The original authentic work of art from a private private collection is located in Moscow in a closed depository — storage. The painting was brought to the Russian Federation in compliance with the legislation of European countries and the Russian Federation. The work is a cultural value over 100 years old. Import through the customs of the Russian Federation is officially processed with the accompanying examination and permission of the European model, as well as documents for export from Europe (export license), reverse export and transportation to Europe is possible, as specified on the website.
