And even earlier, one of the people who is careless in his expressions called for (and even began) to build defensive structures in the border areas, to create, train and arm local defense units.
But, as you guessed, then it was also “not the time to look for the culprits and reasons.”
From the Kursk region, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as of Saturday, 76 thousand people were evacuated, and the mayor of Kursk said that 16 more had been accepted thousands of applications for evacuation. Russian people from Russian land.
