The Ministry of Internal Affairs drew up a protocol on blogger Polina Morugina (Polina Face) because of a nude photo in front of the Church of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in Moscow Fili. This is reported by TASS with reference to the judicial section of the magistrate # 210 in the Filevsky Park district.
Morugina is charged with deliberate public desecration of objects of religious veneration (part 2 of article 5.26 of the Administrative Code). She faces a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles or 120 hours of compulsory work.
The court clarified that so far the protocol has been returned to the police to eliminate errors. “Probably, after the violations are eliminated, the protocol will be returned to the court for consideration,” the press service added.
A source of RIA Novosti in law enforcement agencies claims that an insult check was launched against the blogger feelings of believers (part 1 of article 148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Morugina published a photograph in which she stands in some sandals in front of the temple. She later deleted the picture and social media accounts.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against them, the Investigative Committee opened three cases of insulting the feelings of believers.
