“I have decided that I am selling my residence permit in the Russian Federation as an NFT. Anyone can buy it. I will set the price of 10 ethers — this is more than 40 thousand dollars. But you can offer any amount, even $50,” the comedian said earlier.

Mirzalizade also announced the sale of a residence permit in his new YouTube video, in which he also told how he was detained by the center’s employees “ E» after returning to Belarus, and how he served 10 days of administrative arrest in Russia.

In late August, the Ministry of Internal Affairs declared a stand-up comedian, a citizen of Belarus, Idrak Mirzalizade, «undesirable» for life in Russia after his joke on YouTube- show «Crackdowns» about a mattress soiled by Russians in a rented apartment. For this joke, the comedian served ten days of arrest under the article on inciting hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The prosecutor's check found «signs of humiliation of a group of people identified on a national basis, as well as propaganda of its inferiority» in the words of the stand-up comedian. Later, the court suspended the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs until the court decision entered into force.
