MOSCOW, January 30 Russian biathletes Anton Babikov and Evgenia Burtasova win gold medals in the single mixed relay at the European Championships in Arber, Germany. The Russians used seven extra rounds on eight firing lines, ran one penalty loop and showed a time of 39 minutes 10.5 seconds. The second place in the single-mixed was taken by the Frenchmen Emilien Claude and Lou Jeanmono (10 extra rounds, 4 laps, +1.01.4). Germans Justus Strelow and Franziska Hildebrand rounded out the top three (14 extra rounds, 3 laps, +1.34.1). Previously, Babikov won the silver of the European Championship in the individual race, Burtasova became the winner in the same type of program.
