MOSCOW, Jan 30 Swiss tennis player Roger Federer congratulated Rafael Nadal on winning the Australian Open, and called it surprising in light of the Spaniard's recent health problems. Nadal beat world No. 2 Medvedev in Melbourne on Sunday, coming back 0-2 in sets. World No. 5 Nadal won his 21st Grand Slam title, becoming the first tennis player in the world to do so, surpassing Serbian Novak Djokovic and Federer (20 each). «What a match!
