MOSCOW, January 29 The Russian national handball team will play with the team of Belgium or Slovakia in the qualification of the 2023 World Cup, according to the website of the Russian Handball Federation. The Russian team starts from the decisive stage of the qualifying tournament. The winner of the meeting will receive a ticket to the tournament. The matches will take place on April 13-14 and April 16-17. In addition to the hosts of the world championship, the teams of Poland and Sweden, the reigning world champions Danes, the semi-finalists of the European Championship — 2022 teams of France and Spain and the fifth place at Euro 2022 Norwegians automatically entered the final stage .Another nine participants of the World Championship will be determined during two stages of qualification.
