In particular, the decree suspends the norm according to which the holders of diplomatic passports could enter the territory of Russia without visas. Also, Putin's decree on retaliatory visa measures involves the abolition of a number of clauses of the Agreement on the simplified issuance of visas to EU citizens — the measures will affect official delegations and journalists.
