The Congress of the International Skating Union (ISU) on Tuesday decided to gradually increase the minimum age for athletes to participate in adult competitions to 17 years old.

Now in place of those who compete with young athletes who have been making difficult content since childhood and feel very confident in it. For me, such competition also served as a motivation not to stop my development and continue to try new things", Tuktamysheva wrote on Instagram*.
