The Supreme Court refused to recover more than 348 million rubles from CSKA

MOSCOW, June 30 The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation rejected the cassation appeal of Beta LLC with the requirement to declare the Moscow football club CSKA bankrupt and recover 348 million rubles from it, follows from the filing cabinet. The company demanded to recover more than 491 million rubles from the capital club. Earlier, the Moscow Arbitration Court denied the claim, but the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal changed the decision and recovered more than 348 million rubles from CSKA in favor of Beta LLC, the successor of F-Group LLC, the bankrupt general contractor for the construction of the army stadium. In March, the Arbitration Court reversed this decision. «Beta» filed a cassation appeal with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation against the last decision, referring to the violation by the district court of the norms of substantive and procedural law. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District as legal and denied Beta's complaint. The dispute stems from a contract for the construction of a stadium with an office and hotel complex worth more than 11 billion rubles, which PFC CSKA, as a developer, concluded with the plaintiff (former name — » PSP-Farman») in 2013.
