MOSCOW, Oct 20 Former California football coach Jesus Anthony Magana sentenced to 155 years in prison for sexual abuse of a minor, according to Fox News. In September, 39-year-old Magana was found guilty by a jury of five counts of misconduct against a minor aged 10 and under, four counts of sexual abuse of a minor with aggravated circumstances and seven counts of indecent acts against a minor under the age of 14. The coach pleaded not guilty to any crime. The verdict was announced Wednesday by Ventura County Superior Court Judge Derek Malan. Magana is also required to pay compensation to the victim's parents. He has the right to appeal the verdict. Magana worked as a football coach for the American Youth Football Organization (AYSO). Between 2013 and 2019, he committed sexual offenses against the same victim. He had previously been convicted on several counts of sexual assault and committing indecent acts against a minor.
