The Sovetsky District Court of Ulan-Ude arrested a resident of the village of Myxopshibir, who set fire to the local military enlistment office. This was reported on the website of the court.
The SHOT Telegram channel wrote that the 39-year-old unemployed man who threw a Molotov cocktail on the roof of the military registration and enlistment office is called Mikhail Babintsev, in a court press release he is called «B.» The investigation charged him in the case of a terrorist attack (Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code), the court specified. Under this article, Babintsev faces up to 15 years in prison.
According to the telegram channels SHOT and Babr Mash, Babintsev threw a Molotov cocktail at the Myxopshibirsk military enlistment office on the night of October 17th. The fire, which burned two square meters of the facade, was noticed by the caretaker.
