MINSK, Oct 31 President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that expects to meet with the head of the Russian state, Vladimir Putin, soon.
«That's for sure. We will meet with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin again in the near future and will finally sum up the results of this year. And at least we will plan, as far as the level of presidents is concerned, our tasks for coming year,» Lukashenko was quoted as saying by the Pool of the First Telegram channel.
Last time, Lukashenko and Putin spoke before the start of the CIS summit in Astana on October 14.
Earlier, the President of Belarus at the CSTO summit said that any conflict in the post-Soviet space is directly related to the attempts of Western countries to «set fire to Russia along the perimeter».
